We recently started going to Litchfield Park Pool Supply and Service after having a frustrating experience elsewhere, and the difference has been night and day. This is a great locally owned shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff who genuinely want to help. Instead of trying to upsell products we don’t need, they take the time to answer questions, explain things clearly, and make sure we understand exactly what our pool actually needs. It’s been a consistently positive experience, and we really appreciate the honesty and customer service. We’re looking forward to continuing to do business here.

I Would like to share my experience with Jack the Pool Guy who is very helpful and knowledgeable. He drained my pool and it went flawlessly and now it’s ready for the summer.
