Litchfield Pools may be a smaller shop, but they pack a surprising amount of useful supplies and equipment inside. The customer service is excellent — they’re genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. Their pool service tech, Beau, is fantastic and I highly recommend him. Great local spot for all your pool needs!

Litchfield Park Pool & Supply did a fantastic job in getting my Intellichlor Plus IC40 diagnosed and replaced by Pentair under warranty. We have been using Litchfield Pool Supply for years. They are quick to determine what is needed and very reliable! We recently needed a new pool pump, our old one was well past its prime. Neal, the installer arrived on time, went over our issues and decided a course of action. We were able to set up an install date quickly. Neal arrived again on time, with all the install equipment, and gave us detailed tutorial on how to work the new style pump! After the install the owners reached out for follow up and to check to see if everything was running well and if we had any questions or concerns. We have always had great service when we need a new o-rings, tabs, shock, water testing, etc! They are a great local business!
